AIFA prides itself on the rich cultural diversity of our Cadet compliment and we boast cadets from China, Mauritius, Seychelles, Kenya, South Africa and Nigeria.
Our strict admission policy adheres to the requirements of our Airline Customers and will ensure that all enrolled cadets have the aptitude for becoming a well-rounded and professional pilot.
The selection process entails the following:
- Assessment of English proficiency
- Personality questionnaire
- Psychological Interview
- Psycho-motor and Cognitive ability assessment
- Panel interview of shortlisted candidates
Upon successful completion of the selection process, AIFA will be more than happy to assist with visa applications should one be required.
